By using our website and services, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our products and services, as well as the rights and responsibilities of users. We recommend reading all terms carefully before proceeding.
1. General Provisions
These T&C regulate your rights and responsibilities in relation to the services provided by Visionfutures OÜ, registered in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tuukri tn 19, 10120, identification number: 16984625.
By registering on the Website or, if registration is not required, by using the services for the first time, you agree to these T&C and enter into a contract with the Provider. The T&C are an integral part of said contract.
The services are intended exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age, residing in countries where the services are available.
Vision Trade Funded does not provide services to clients residing in restricted jurisdictions (Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, North Korea, Libya, Russia, Sudan, Somalia, Venezuela, and the United States), to individuals subject to international sanctions or those with a criminal background in financial crimes or terrorism. The restricted jurisdictions are determined and published on the Website.
The services include simulated trading tools in the FOREX market and other markets, analytical tools, educational materials, and access to the Client Section. All operations are simulated and do not involve real money.
Vision Trade Forex does not provide financial advice or investment services. No information should be interpreted as investment advice.
2. Definitions
Client: person who uses the services of Vision Trade Funded.
Provider: Vision Trade Funded.
Services: tools and platforms for simulated trading in FOREX, Futures, Crypto, and other markets.
Website: www.visiontradefunded.com.
3. VisionTrade Services
This contract offers an entertainment service for educational purposes, providing an educational tool that allows acquiring experience and skills in operations typical of a simulated futures market, with hypothetical results and no real financial risk.
VisionTrade does not engage in financial activities, neither does it hold nor invest third-party funds, and is solely responsible for the proper provision of the Site's service.
The user commits to a responsible use of the Site, holding VisionTrade harmless from liability for any improper, erroneous, or unlawful use.
4. Services and Order Process
Services can be requested through the Site by completing the corresponding form. After registering, you will receive credentials for the Client Section and/or the Trading Platform.
The products include Vision Trade Challenge and Verification; there may be a Free Trial with limited use and no cost.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping it current; the Provider is not obligated to verify it.
If you provide a tax ID or other fiscal info or declare yourself as a legal entity, you will be considered a business for the purposes of these TCs (consumer provisions do not apply).
The Challenge fees vary according to the option (initial capital, risk, parameters). The final fee is calculated upon the completion of the form. Non-refundable in case of cancellation or Client default.
The Provider may change fees and parameters at any time (already acquired services are unaffected).
If a paid fee is disputed or reversed without cause, the Provider may suspend the provision of services and reject future services.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are displayed in USD, although they can be paid in other available currencies.
Fees include applicable taxes; if you are a business, you must fulfill your tax obligations.
Methods: card, transfer, or others available. Cards/quick methods are processed immediately; transfers are within the time frame of the proforma.
The client assumes the fees of the payment provider and guarantees the full payment.
6. Purchases; Payment
Vision Trade will bill you through a payment provider. You agree to pay all charges at the current prices for products/services purchased by you or by others using your billing account, and you authorize Vision Trade to charge your chosen payment method. For recurring products/services, you consent to periodic charges without prior authorization in each cycle until cancellation. Vision Trade may correct pricing errors, even if you have already requested or received the payment. Sales tax will be added where applicable. Payments will be in USD.
7. Refund Policy
In general, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Exceptionally, a refund may be requested if the product/service has not been used or logged in, within the specified period (usually 14 days) and with valid justification.
Requests are reviewed and may be denied if they do not comply with the policy. If approved, it is processed by the same method of payment unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Some products may have additional specific policies. The policy may be modified without prior notice; changes take effect immediately upon publication.
To request a refund or information, contact support. Once there is a login, it is considered used and no refund is possible.
8. Use of Service
The term “VisionTrade” refers to the owners of the website. We are a limited liability company registered in Estonia. The terms “you” or “user” refer to any person who visits or uses our website.
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all content available on www.visiontradefunded.com (the “Website”) and to any email communication between you and us. We recommend reading them carefully before using our site. If you wish, you may save a copy for future reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; any changes will be posted on our website.
Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with them, we advise you not to use the website. For questions or concerns, contact us through the means indicated on the website.
Our site provides access to various resources and services related to education in simulated environments, all subject to these Terms.
9. Use of the Site and Content
All content on the Site (text, graphics, software, etc.) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Provider or licensees.
Permitted use is only for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these TCs.
Prohibitions (excerpt):
Use tools that negatively affect the functionality of the Site.
Circumvent geographic or technical restrictions.
Copy, decompile, modify, sell, rent, license, or use content without authorization.
Automated access to view/collect information.
Responsibility and Limitations: The services and content are offered "as is." We are not responsible for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
The Provider may modify elements or functionalities at any time without compensation.
We are not responsible for the inability to provide services due to external causes (force majeure, disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).
10. User Responsibility
The user acknowledges and accepts that VisionTrade does not provide financial advice nor engage in investment activities in financial markets. Consequently, VisionTrade assumes no responsibility for losses or gains derived from the user's trading activities. VisionTrade does not hold nor invest third-party funds.
We provide resources and tools for training in a simulated environment; the user is solely responsible for making informed decisions. VisionTrade acts as a provider of services and tools but does not take responsibility for individual decisions.
By using our site and services, the user fully accepts this responsibility and acknowledges that any result of their activities is their sole responsibility.
11. Supplier's Responsibility
We are not liable for the information displayed on the platform nor for interruptions, delays, or market inaccuracies.
To complete the Challenge, you must, among other parameters:
Execute at least one simulated trade on four different calendar days.
Not exceed the maximum daily loss and total cumulative loss according to your chosen option.
Reach the profit target (% based on initial capital) of the chosen option.
If you meet the requirements and do not violate the TC, you will advance to Verification.
The Verification requires similar parameters; overcoming it grants access to Vision Rewards.
Success in both stages may result in a recommendation for a trader program managed by a third party (acceptance is not guaranteed).
Vision Trade Funded reserves the right to review and verify transactions before confirming the success of the Challenge, Verification, and access to Vision Rewards.
12. Simulated Trading Rules
General Rules: You may execute any transaction as long as you do not engage in prohibited practices and adhere to market and risk management rules.
Access and Use of Information: Vision Trade Funded has access to the information of your simulated trades and may share it with related/affiliated entities for processing.
13. Minors Policy
The services of VisionTrade are intended exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not authorized to use them.
Parents, guardians or representatives should supervise minors' access to sites they consider inappropriate. If a minor accesses and uses the services while pretending to be of legal age, the legal guardians will assume responsibility for all actions taken.
14. IP Address Region Match
The region of the IP used to purchase any product or log into our services must be consistent and remain constant. If our Risk Team detects a change in region, they may contact you for verification and request proof.
15. IP in accounts
The IP region used to access the account must remain consistent. If a variation is detected, we may request proof (for example, a plane ticket, passport stamp, or a live video from the location). This measure protects against third-party access. If you plan to travel, notify support in advance to avoid any inconveniences.
16. Personal Data Processing
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Estonian Data Protection Act. The user can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by contacting info@visiontradeforex.com, info@visiontradefutures.com or info@visiontradefunded.com.
17. Information and documentation
To use the Site and services, data may be required such as:
(1) mobile, (2) transaction amount, (3) first and last name, (4) identification document, (5) username and password, (6) email address, (7) code sent by email, (8) 2FA code, (9) profession, (10) date of birth.
Additionally, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2018/843, a DNI, residence card, passport, invoices, video conference, deeds, proof of activity, etc., may be requested.
If inaccuracies are detected, VisionTrade may unilaterally terminate the contract without right to a refund.

19. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days without providing a reason, as long as the product has not been used and no login has occurred.
To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement to info@visiontradeforex.com, info@visiontradefutures.com and info@visiontradefunded.com.
If applicable, we will refund the payments without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date we were informed, provided that the service has not been activated or used.
20. Intellectual Property
The content of the Sites (“VisionTrade Content”) and the trademarks are owned by or licensed to VisionTrade and protected by copyright and trademark laws (Estonia and international treaties). Unauthorized use is prohibited. A limited license is granted to access and use the Sites and to download/print copies of the Content to which you have legitimate access for personal, non-commercial use only.
21. Limitation of Liability
The services offered through our site are developed in accordance with the applicable European legal standards. However, each user acknowledges and accepts their responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their country of origin or residence when accessing and using our site. In case of conflict between the laws of your country and the applicable legal provisions in Europe, users are expected to adhere to their local regulations.
We strive to ensure high legal and ethical standards, but we cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for the individual compliance with national laws by the users. Therefore, each user is responsible for understanding and complying with the regulations of their jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or update our services and policies to comply with legal or regulatory changes. By using our website, you agree to adhere to all relevant laws and release VisionTrade from any liability arising from user non-compliance.
22. Temporary Suspension of Activity
We may temporarily interrupt the service without prior notice due to maintenance.
It will also be temporarily suspended if:
Suspicious operations are detected.
Additional information is missing for identification.
TC or Privacy Policy updates are rejected.
Consequences:
No access to the Site during suspension.
After 30 days, if not regularized, the suspension becomes permanent.
23. Claims
Under no circumstances shall the total liability of VisionTrade Funded OÜ to the user exceed the total amount paid for the service subject to the claim.
24. Hypothetical Performance Disclosure
Hypothetical performance has limitations: it does not represent actual results; it is usually developed a posteriori; it does not incorporate the real financial risk (e.g., the ability to endure losses or adhere to a plan after losses). There are multiple market factors that can affect real performance.
25. Confidential communications and reputation protection
All communications with VisionTrade are confidential and cannot be disclosed without consent. VisionTrade reserves the right to protect its honor and reputation; any defamation or damage to its image may result in legal actions. By interacting with VisionTrade, you accept this policy; you commit to maintaining confidentiality. The policy may be modified without notice and takes effect upon publication.
26. CFTC Disclaimer (U.S.)
Trading futures and options involves high rewards and high risks. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. This site neither solicits nor offers to buy/sell futures or options. There is no guarantee that any account will achieve similar results to those mentioned. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
27. Clause on Transparency and Best Practices
Individuals or entities with direct or indirect ties to competing firms (other prop firms or similar services), whether as employees, partners, ambassadors, official traders, or affiliates, are not allowed to register or actively participate without notifying and obtaining explicit authorization.
This clause also applies to affiliates of similar programs intending uses beyond the legitimate ones (unauthorized benchmarking, competitive analysis, idea copying, or misuse of functionalities).
Attempts to register or interact in violation of this policy constitute a breach of our Fair Play principles and may result in immediate suspension and legal actions if intellectual property infringement or misuse of content, processes, or systems is detected.
We encourage those with doubts or ties to the sector to contact us to establish, if appropriate, a transparent and respectful relationship.
28. Website Usage Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes a legal agreement between you (individually or on behalf of an entity) and Vision Trade Funded and its affiliates (the “Sites”: VisionTradeFutures.com, VisionTradeForex.com and associated media), concerning your access and use. The Sites provide professional development services (“Company Services”). Additional terms posted occasionally are incorporated by reference.
The Company does not guarantee that the Sites are appropriate or available outside of its operating zones. The information is not intended for distribution/use in jurisdictions where such distribution/use contravenes the law or imposes registration requirements. Anyone accessing from other locations does so on their own initiative and is responsible for local compliance.
Minors (generally <18) are not authorized to register or use the Services.
You accept this Agreement by acknowledging it during registration (if applicable) and by continuing to use the Sites. If you do not accept, do not use the Services or the Sites.
29. Amendments to the TC
Vision Trade Funded can modify these TC at any time.
Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
30. Partial Nullity
The nullity of any clause will not affect the rest, which will remain in force.
31. User Data
The Sites will retain certain data transferred by you to execute the Services and usage data. Although we perform routine backups, you are primarily responsible for your data. VisionTrade will not be liable for data loss or corruption.
32. Amendments
The Company may modify this Agreement at any time, will publish changes and may notify via email. You must periodically review the Site and keep your contact information updated. The modifications will be effective upon publication.
The Company may modify or discontinue the Services, temporarily or permanently, without liability to you or third parties.
33. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Estonia.
34. Additional Legal Notice and Access
You can explore certain sections of the Site without registration; others require you to be a registered user. By accessing any part of the Site, it is understood that you fully accept this legal notice. If you do not agree, we recommend leaving the Site. This notice may be updated at any time; periodically review the Site to be aware of changes.
35. Final Provisions
If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vision Trade Funded.
Breach of the Terms and Conditions
In the event of non-compliance, the Provider may restrict or terminate access without prior notice or compensation.
Examples: contrary access; false/obsolete data; reputational damage; violation of trading rules; prohibited activities.
